## Set it up

1. **Install the CLI**

    ```bash
    curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/specific-dev/spectest/main/install.sh | sh
    ```

2. **Log in**

    ```bash
    spectest login
    ```

3. **Tell your coding agent to build an initial test suite**

    Pass a prompt like this to your coding agent and let it work to build an initial test suite:

    ```
    Build a Spectest test suite for this project. Run `spectest docs` to learn more about how to write and run tests. Write tests from the perspective of end users, for example by driving browsers or making API calls. Make sure to get a full environment running that matches production.
    ```

4. **Use the dashboard to inspect your test runs**

    Go to the [spectest.specific.dev](https://spectest.specific.dev) to inspect test runs and see your full product working without any manual testing.
